What Will You Achieve in This Role?

Your expertise in Chromebooks, Apple iPads, and Computers will be pivotal as you diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair these devices.

Your responsibilities:

  • Diagnosis & Troubleshooting:
    • Identify the root causes of defects in Chromebooks, iPads, and MacBooks.
    • Suggest required parts and solutions to rectify issues.
  • Repair & Restoration:
    • Conduct repairs using top-tier tools and replacement parts.
    • Ensure that all devices are repaired to client requested functionality.
  • Collaboration & Growth:
    • Collaborate with our team of technicians to tackle complex issues.

What Skills Should You Bring?

  • Prior experience in repairing Chromebooks, Apple iPads, and Computers.
  • A knack for breaking down and understanding intricate technical details.
  • Efficient time management and the ability to work under tight schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate and share knowledge with team members.

What’s Your Background?

  • A minimum 1 year of hands-on repair experience with Chromebooks, Apple iPads, and Computers.

Physical Aspects of Your Role

  • Comfortably work both seated and standing.
  • Manage tools and equipment necessary for precise repairs.
  • Occasionally lift devices and parts weighing up to 30 pounds.
