- Effective documentation practices to support the repair workflow and device history.
Certifications:
Reimbursements and platforms towards your certifications are offered after the completion of 1 year of service at Gophermods. Certifications offered include but are not limited to CompTIA +, Network + and Security +.
Career Progression:
Post-training, opportunities for advancement include:
- Moving into leadership roles such as Team Lead or Manager.

- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in Chromebooks, iPads, and MacBooks.
