  • Effective documentation practices to support the repair workflow and device history.

Certifications:

At Gophermods, certifications are offered after completing one year of service. Certifications offered include but are not limited to CompTIA +, Network + and Security +.

Career Progression:

Post-training, opportunities for advancement include:

  • Moving into leadership roles such as Team Lead or Manager.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues in Chromebooks, iPads, and MacBooks.
  • Document repair processes and outcomes for quality control and training purposes.
  • Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed.
